Bob Breeden
Bob started his career in the construction industry in his father’s general contracting business over 45 years ago as a teenager in the summers learning the business from the ground up…cleaning jobsites and buildings under construction and as a helper to the different building trades.
Upon graduation from the University of Kentucky in Business Administration he joined his father’s company again as an estimator and project manager for the construction of large commercial projects including schools, other government projects, banks and medical facilities.
After his father’s retirement, Bob and his younger brother continued their construction careers forming their own contracting firm and completing projects ranging from 100+ year old historical residential renovations to commercial remodels and work for government entities including work in the Governor’s Mansion in Frankfort, KY.
Bob’s hands-on experience includes many facets of the building industry including: rough and finish carpentry, masonry and stone work, tile and wood flooring installation, cabinet-making, architectural design and space planning.
Eventually deciding to pursue the construction industry in a warmer climate, Bob moved with his family to Florida in the winter of 2000 and has worked for several well-known area builders completing many custom homes and commercial projects throughout the area. He enjoys the challenges of making people’s building plans transition into completed structures and making it an enjoyable process along the way.
