Doug Gratias

Doug provides estimating and purchasing services for MGB Built. He has more than 40 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.

Prior to joining MGB Built, he worked an apprenticed carpenter, served as state president of Associated Builders and Contractors of Iowa, and spent 10 years in purchasing and estimating for another local builder. Doug brings a wealth of field knowledge to his work in estimating and negotiating value for our clients with our select stable of trades
