Grant Castilow

Grant provides construction operations leadership to the company. As a Florida State Certified General Contractor and business manager he brings a wealth of operations and management experience to the table.

As a 10-year veteran carpenter, mason, electrician’s apprentice and then as a supervisor for a General Contractor, Grant’s prior experience includes roles of increasing responsibility in operations management, new store development and construction with high-end privately owned and corporate restaurant chains.

He is responsible for the management and operations of MGB Built projects including the development of short- and long-range strategic planning initiatives and procedures. He oversees pre-construction and project management services to ensure a smooth process and timely success.

The company’s seasoned team of project managers report to Grant, as does a highly efficient small office staff that allows MGB Built to provide unparalleled service delivery, quality and open accountability throughout the building process.
