As the new, exclusive builders for Granada Park, we are very excited to breath life back into the neighborhood with 15 beautifully designed new custom homes.
You may be aware the Granada Park development has been in the works for quite some time. Beginning in 2007, the surrounding west-of-trail neighborhood looked forward to its development, which promised to bring charming coastal-craftsman style to the area.
With the real estate crash of 2008, what was to be the much-anticipated Granada Park became an unfinished project in real estate limbo. Only a third of the planned construction was actually executed before that time, and it has remained relatively untouched until recently, when MGB was approached by new developers to design and build out the remainder of the development.

The new developers agreed with our design philosophies and our commitment to efficient design with high end products and finishes, as well as our love for incorporating outdoor living spaces whenever possible. The resulting homes are exceptionally spacious and open, considering the size of the lots upon which they are built.
The eight available floor plans are sized to suit just about any type of occupant, with living space ranging from 2,300 to 3,500 square feet, all with a minimum of 3 bedrooms plus a home office and/or bonus room.
Among the many premium features available, buyers will find custom cabinetry, solid core 8′ high interior doors, high ceilings throughout, smart home controls, a variety of eco-friendly features, and 2 concepts unique to MGB – what we refer to as the “Outdoor Great Room” and the “Florida Basement.”
With prices starting at just $829,000, for a new, upscale home in such a prime location, we expect Granada Park to sell out quickly. In fact, within a few weeks of opening the model home, two have been sold with construction underway.
